• Publicly disclosing vulnerabilities before responsible disclosure timelines

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in our systems or those of our clients:

• Report it immediately to legal@zotifications.com
• Provide detailed information about the vulnerability
• Allow reasonable time for remediation before public disclosure
• Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary for verification
• Do not access or modify data belonging to others

Account Responsibilities

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Ensuring compliance with this Policy by anyone using your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access
• Using strong, unique passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Suspension: Temporary restriction of access to services
• Termination: Permanent account closure without refund
• Legal Action: Civil or criminal prosecution for serious violations
• Reporting: Notification to relevant authorities and affected parties
