At Zotifications, we strive to provide exceptional cybersecurity services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Service-Based Nature

Please note that our cybersecurity services are primarily service-based rather than product-based. Once our security audits, penetration tests, or monitoring services have been initiated and work has commenced, refunds become subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase before any work has commenced
  • Service has not been initiated or accessed
  • No deliverables or reports have been provided
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Work has been partially completed (refund based on work remaining)
  • Mutual agreement to terminate services early
  • Service downtime exceeding our SLA commitments

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services have been fully delivered and completed
  • Reports and deliverables have been provided
  • Request made after 30 days of service completion
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Third-party integration issues beyond our control

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based monitoring and maintenance services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no refund for the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days
  • No refunds after 30 days of annual subscription purchase
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at legal@zotifications.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
