Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zotifications' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Zotifications' services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Service Description

Zotifications provides cybersecurity audits, infrastructure monitoring, penetration testing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your password meets security requirements

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Collect or harvest any information from our services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zotifications. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zotifications, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
